I started my weight loss July 2012, I weighed 172lbs. I just turned 52, my original goal weight was 145, (I'm now 145) but as the pounds are coming off and I'm finding it easier to manage the caloric intake I keep lowering my goal weight.
I've now set my goal for 125lbs. I feel that I can get there and maintain it.
Is it unreasonable for me to try to weigh what I weighed when I was in my 20's?

If you can maintain that weight through healthy sane means I don't think it unreasonable at all.0
