Determining activity level

To me it's very hard determinig which avtivity level to choose when doing a calorie calculator, as my regime is kind of complicated and very muddled. Can someone suggest which level I should choose based on this info?:
Mondays: 500 jumps on a skipping rope (about six minutes)
Circuit training at a gym for 45 to 55 mins
(kind of like curves but different- its called FIT-fluid interval training, basically, its a circuit with 11 resistance machines targeting two different major muscles at a time, then between the machines you do one minute cardio burts and one minute of say a plank or push-ups)
Light stretching for ten minutes after and I walk to and back from the gym which adds to about 12 mins of walking.
Tennis lessons for 45 mins
Tuesdays are the same as mondays except no tennis
Wednesdays I do the jumps but dont go to the gym, but once more I have 45 mins tennis
Thursdays is jumps as always, gym and then after gym I have 45 minutes of horse-riding lessons
Fridays I do the jumps and I gym again
Saturdays only jump, and sundays a brisk 45 min walk.
Any suggestions? Moderate is what I always say since the circuit training isnt that challenging anymore than it was in the start.
