I'm 5'10 and 253. I want to be 185. I am a size 16 in US size pants now.
I am eating around 1300-1500 calories a day and working out for 30+ minutes of cardio (4-5 days a week) and then some strength exercises too.

It's a hard one to answer because everyone is different.
It took me about 6 months to lose 30lbs, but if you have more to lose then the first pounds come off quickly. My husband started at 238 lbs and dropped 20lbs in about 2 months.
Sounds like you're on the right track with your cardio and your calories. Keep up the strength training, it really helps take off the inches!

However long it takes. Everyone is different.
I will say however, you and I have the exact same stats and I eat way more than that - 1800 cals a day. You should up your calories. I started off eating 1500 cals and stalled after 3 months of good losses.0 -
To loose 63lbs you need to have a calorie shortfall of 220500. If you had a shortfall of 500 cals a day then it would take 441 days to loose the weight.
Best of luck to you0 -

How quickly you lose weight will depend on how active you are and what you eat.0
