Hi - im going to a Thai all you can eat buffet tonight (a good friends leaving do so have to go) - what are the least calorific foods and what should i steer well clear of? any tips gratefully received!! thanks

Yum! I love Thai food and I think if it is does properly it should be pretty healthy. Stay away from anything deep fried and go easy on things like peanuts on your Pad Thai. Also things like thai curries will probably have a lot of coconut milk in them which is quite high in calories so you are probably better off going for something that does not come in too much of a sauce.0
