Exercise tips. Please help!

Morning all :smile:

I'm looking for some tips you all may have on exercise.


I'm currently 142lb and 5ft3 so the weight you can see quite a lot.
I enjoy some cardio, i love cross trainers - i can go on there for a long period of time & not become bored.
I enjoy working on some weight machines.

Sometimes i feel, maybe I'm not doing enough but I wanna do stuff I enjoy, not what I dislike otherwise it doesn't encourage me.

I need to tone my stomach, this is my main part of the body I am conscious about. If i just loose body fat, do you think this will flatten my stomach as I go along?

:ohwell: I just need some help. I exercise alone, so I don't get tips or any encouragement from others.
