30DS Advice please!!

Advice please!! I am part of my local roller derby league and we have a 3 hour training session on sundays and a 2 hour training session on tuesdays
At the moment I am doing a bootcamp monday wednesday and friday, but the last session is feb 1st then I want to move on to 30DS.
Do I have to do the 30 days consecutively, or can I give it a miss on the days I am already exercising?
If I skip the days do I just extend the amount of time it would take me to do each level so I do the full 10 workouts?
