ok so i am currently in college and under MAJOR stress. I lost a lot of weight last semester but have put on 10lbs since xmas. I can't seem to get motivated to lose those ten pounds and continue with my weight loss. I need some words of inspiration and hope!!! Please!!! I eat well for a few days and then binge others. (like I eat 3000 calories on my binge days) I am not even hungary i am just stuffing the food in my face. But...... all that is over!!! Tomorrow is a new day. DAY 1. I am going to start back up with everything. Also just fyi I have been eating vegan for an illness that I have. Is anyone else out there vegan? Any good recipes or tips to prevent from eating non-vegan food?
