Two weeks in and HUNGRY!

Hi all,

I'm just two weeks into my goal to lose weight (around 15 pounds) and build strength/tone.

Im eating 1200/day and up to 1500-1700 if I exercise, which is usually 5-6 days a week.

All is going well except I've noticed over the last few days I'm waking hungry in the morning and feeling hungry earlier in the day than my usual meal times.

I'm not sure if this is my metabolism kicking in? Should I eat more? Or resist it?

    I'm also 2 weeks in (nearly) and I know what you mean. When I feel this way I have a green tea (1 cal) or a banana. That usually surpresses the appetite.

    Hi Lisa,
    Make sure that you are getting enough protein in your diet. It will sustain you longer.. Also make sure you are keeping the metabolism running between meals with healthy snacks such as baby carrotts and hummus. Good Luck!
