Hi!
Just wanted to introduce myself I'm 24, 145lbs and 5"4 and live in Devon.
I'm new to being healthy and excercising, so this week I started my food diary on the iphone app and i'm hooked.
My main reason for joining is because I'm doing a trek to Machu Picchu next year for charity, and am using the next 15 months to get fit!
I have also giving up smoking this month (which feels very easy as I have no cravings??) and am looking to have a go at the couch to 5k programme.
Any advice would be much appreciated and I'm really looking forward to being a MFP member
