I was at the gym today (having a salad after a work out). I went to enter the salad into my app on my iphone and saw something that said Net and had a minus number by it in red. I am not sure what this means as I have never seen it when I did my entries online. Any help would be appreciated.

It means you have gone over your calorie goal for the day

    1800 net
    1950 logged
(Red Number) -150 (means 150 over goal)

I think it actually means your net calories are negative. For example - if you've only eaten 600 calories but then burned 800 at the gym, you'd be at -200 net for the day. You've got a lot of eating to do!

^ Exactly what he said :)
  • Thanks for that, I thought that is what it was, but was not sure.
