Hi there,first of all, gotta say I love this site!!!! I found what I hope is the answer to the sugar problem...I found this at a local store here and tried it, Just a very small amount does taste just like sugar. Kinda pricey tho,4.99 for 2.82 oz sprinkler jar, so doubt if I can bake with it,unless i add just a little with applesauce..I'll have to experiment.
