Hi wondering if this is right.
After i caluculated my stats it says my tdee should be 907.63. to lose
Isnt that a bit low..
here my info..

140
height
5ft
activity 3-4 days cardio
I am looking to lose 20 lbs, I appreciate all the help i can get thanks!!!

Set yourself as sedentary, weight loss goal of no more than 1 lb per week, .5 even better, and add your exercise in separately rather than figuring it as part of TDEE.0
