I signed up to run my first half marathon and I'm curious what different things people use for fuel while running a long race. I just got myself a water/fuel belt and I want to experiment with different products before the race. Thanks in advance!!

I like the GU chomps. I've taken the Gu gels but find the chomps much better tasting (and texture).
I have a friend who can't do either Gu it causes some unpleasant stomach issues. She likes the Cliff shot blox. I found them really hard to chew.
The honeystingers aren't bad but I have only tasted them, not run with them.
Another friend of mine just eats Swedish berries on his long runs.
ETA - the advice I was given was to practice on your long runs when and what you will eat.0
