Macros to lean out! HELP!

I want to lean out a bit and lower body fat. Any suggestions on what my macros should be set to? I want to start following this to see changes, as I have stalled! Please help!

    40/40/20, or 40/30/30 (pro/carb/fat) my suggestions but whatever you find works you can play around with the macros

    If you want to lower your body fat % eat more protein, increase your calories and lift heavy weights. The best way to lower body fat % is to build muscle.
