Hello Everyone! So I have been lifting weights for the past 3 months now and am seeing some results but no significant. I am not trying to lose alot of weight but just get toned up so, its fine with me. I am wondering what is the best way(and least expensive) to measure body fat?
I think I should do this so I can at least make a goal to go down in body fat if im not going down in lbs. More like gaining pounds! hah

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Cheapest way is a set of calipers and someone that knows how to use them. Female measurements requires a triceps measurement that you cannot do yourself, other than this there are online calculators you can use along with a tape measure to easily do yourself. Not brilliantly accurate but a cheap way to keep track for yourself, just use the same calculator every time and preferably one that requires a few different places to take measurements from. Although this method will not be accurate it will be consistent to track your progress along with recording your measurements.
