So now that I am dieting and eating right, I was thinking about trying to find some kind of suppliment to aid me. Dont get me wrong, im not looking for the magic cure or anything, but it could hurt to have something give you a little extra boost could it? Iwas think Hydroxicut Hardcore. Ive taken it before, and it did give me that extra boost of energy, and when i was on it last time, i lost about 5 lbs without doing anything. What is everyone's thought?

I did the diet pill thing nad after I had lost the weight back to the norm after having a baby, the minute I went off the diet pills, I had bad cravings and ate more and gained it all back.

I've tried several over the years and when you stop taking them, the weight comes back...

    In my experience....

If it's a boost of energy you want I was reading this months "First" magazine.

It said, "Zinc is essential for at least 80 internal reactions that produce energy, but internal stores plunge in the winter because the immune system uses zinc to fight off colds and flu. experts at Connecticut's University of Bridgeport Nutrition Institute advise supplementing with 25mg to 30mg of zinc daily. FOR BEST RESULTS don't take zinc with your regular multivitamin-nutrients such as calcium and copper can compete with zinc in the digestive tract, reducing absorption by up to 50%."

I made a mental note to mention this to my husband who complains a lot of being tired, and forgot. Thank you for reminding me.

I don't know how much you exercise, but I know for me, since I've started upping my exercise I feel better and more energetic and the weight is slowly but surely dropping away. I sometimes make an excuse to go to the store for more fruits and veggies just because it burns more calories than sitting on the couch, which is my favorite past time of all.

In my opinion all those diet aids are a waste. Have tried them in the past and have always gained it back eventually. Also many of them on the market have additives that aren't safe for your heart or body overall. Better off the old fashioned way, eating healthy and hard work. You'll feel so rewarded that you did it all on your own when the weight starts coming off.
