fish oil supplement

i'm currently taking fish oil gel caps, which give me pretty bad bubble guts and fish burps. does anyone have any recommendations for a fish oil or omega-3 supplement that doesn't have those side effects?

I use the kirkland brand form costco. Never had any problems with either issue.

I use NOW Foods DHA-500.... no aftertaste.

It also has twice as much DHA than EPA.... which is a biggie.

I had the same problem. Friend told me about krill oil. Switched over a year ago. Small capsule and no after issues.

Yuck!! I never could take fish oil pills cuz they repeat on me for three days. Finally found MEGARED. it is a krill oil. You can get it at wal-mart or SAMs club. Hasn't made me sick, feel bloated, or repeat on me yet. Good luck.

Try switching them for flaxseed oil caplets. Same nutrients I believe in the pills... just from a different source.
