I have been working ou the last few nights and I am SO sore. I haven't worked out in over a year out before I started on here. I feel like I am doing nothing and I'm at the point where I can't even squat down to get something from the ground or lift anything up (which really upsets my 8 month old haha). I've been doing a workout game on our Kinect but I only burn maybe 100-150 calories a day. I can't even do 5 minutes on the elliptical without being sore or wanting to pass out. I try so hard and I feel like I am going to have an asthma attack so I end up stopping. ( I have exercise enduced asthma). Are there exercises that aren't very hard that I can do that will burn more calories. Do I need to stop working out for a day to rest my muscles? Should I work through the pain and try to go for a half hour or should I slowly work my way up?
