I have been attending nutrition classes and a friend suggested this site looks great and I think it is something I can stick with....thank you to the creator :happy:

    Thanks I am still figuring things out just saw your post...I love this and even more because it's free. Most sites like this you have to pay for and I can't afford it so I am really glad I was told about this site it really helps.:happy:
