Diabetics Type 1 and 2: How often do you check your fee?

I have an appointment next week and have my feet checked every time I go in for my follow-up visits. As soon as I walk, in I take off my shoes and socks so we can get it over with and I am on my way. Just wanted to share an article I came across I found interesting.
