What is everyone's healthy break time snacks?

I am looking for new simple snack ideas for break time at my job! What is everyone's favorite quick and easy low cal snack?

    At work I have 100 calorie cocoa roasted almonds or these new things from Dole called Dippers I think. They're banana slices dipped in dark chocolate. I also enjoy low fat cottage cheese with fruit.

    Quick and easy, ya gotta jump on some rice cakes, they got all kinds of flavors.

    I also do the cocoa almonds sometimes, or cashews or peanuts. I eat bananas a LOT for snack, also carrots and hummus, triscuit crackers, apples.

    My go to snacks at work are string cheese, fruit (I have been keeping blackberries at my desk to snack on) and honey kixs. They are 120 calories for a 1 1/4 cups.

    Apple with cheese stick
    Hummins 2 tbs with 4 crackers
    Great Yogurt
    Banana with 1 tbs of PB2
    Grapes with cheese stick
    Spinach Dip 2 tbs with 4 crackers

    I try to always include protein! Helps keep hunger at bay.

    - Sliced tomato with balsamic vinegar, sea salt, and pepper

    - Light string cheese

    - Fruit (small oranges, grapefruit, apples, banana). Sometimes dip apple slices in a tablespoon of peanut butter

    - Celery/carrots/snow peas dipped in hummus

    - One through four "whole grain braided pretzel twists" (free in a tub at work)

    - Iced coffee with flavored creamer and sugar/tea with milk and sugar
