Workcenter Fitness Challenge

So excited to start our fitness challenge at work. We will be doing a team competiton and individual weight loss competition. It starts on MONDAY!!!! If anyone is interested in how we are doing it/keeping track of stuff let me know and I'll message you the rules and guidelines. It would be a great thing to do if you have a work center that is ready to make some changes to their lifestyle!!!!
