Brands you won't do without?

As I was making my lunch today, I was thnking about brand loyalty. What items do you put in your shopping cart even when other items in the same category are on sale?

I am really partial to Sabra hummus (really any flavor) and Fage greek yogert (I'm plain Jane on that...Fage 0%) I've tried the others, and I just don't care for them as much. This kind of kills me because the other brands ALWAYS run BOGOs.

LOL I was just thinking that even if Sabra, which I used to eat a lot, is on sale I still now buy Fountain of Health Hummus. The ingredients are all natural and it uses the more traditional olive oil instead of soybean oil which makes it taste much yummier. I am so addicted to it!

Fage plain Greek yogurt...no other brand comes close. I think I am more picky than most with yogurt since I eat it plain and don't have sweeteners and flavorings covering up the taste (Chobani is super bitter in comparison).

It's going to sound totally weird, but I'm 100% loyal to Quaker Old-Fashioned Oats. You might think that "oats are oats," but I've found that store-brand Old-Fashioned Oats are often broken leavings rather than whole oats, and make gelatinous oatmeal.

I'm not brand picky about most things, but....
    Fage plain yogurt
    Crystal hot sauce
    L&P worcestershire sauce
    Kikoman soy sauce
    Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips
Horizon milk lately but that's because it seems to keep longer
Zapps potato chips when I'm in the mood for that kind of thing
I like a few different bars like KIND, Lara, etc. but I look for what's on sale and am buying them less now

Pakeeza plain yoghurt, Wyke Superlight cheddar, Marigold reduced salt vegetable bouillon, Asda cordial, Jordans Absolute Nut bars, Loyd Grossman tomato sauce, my cat's foods. Mostly I purchase own brand plain ingredients tho.

I think with Fage the reason I like it versus the others is consistency and it tastes 'fresh' compared to Chobani, Yoplait or Dannon (their greek yogurts.) i'll try the other ones (I buy one (usually on sale) but I always go back to Fage. Always.

I also am loyal to Heinz Ketchup...Hunts is too sweet...and I'm from Pittsburgh (where Heinz was HQ'ed)...so there's that too.

Fage also for me. I will make do with other brands if the savings are really too good to pass up, but Fage is always my first choice.

Other brands I am loyal to are:

    Polar seltzer
    Honey Maid graham crackers
    Bachman pretzels
    Perdue chicken breasts
    Birds Eye frozen veg
    Boar's Head deli turkey

And interestingly, Target's Archer Farms pizza sauce.

I'm flexible on pretty much anything else, except things like TP and feminine products, but I think that's another thread for another day.
