Healthy Breakfast Options!

I used to love those golden syrup/honey type porridges that you just pour milk over and shuv in the microwave but now I've found such a tastier/healthier option.

Ingrediants

Cup full - Porridge Oats
Cup full- Alpro Soya Almond or Hazlenut Milk (OR Any soya milk of your choice, I use these as their slightly sweeter)
Dried Cranberries, palm full
Dried fruit and nut mix, palm full
Half a banana
Half a teaspoon of honey

Heat the milk in a saucepan, add the oats, stir until creamy and thick, add the porridge to a bowl and add a extra splash of milk if porridge appears dry. Mix in cranberries and fruit and nut mixture and slice half of your banana and put that ontop and then sprinkle over your honey.

Sometimes instead of honey I add half a teaspoon of dessicated coconut.
