What should this be in the exercise journal?

Hey everyone!

One of my most common ways to exercise a little bit on my rest days is to do these workout videos by Tiffany Rothe on Youtube. They're kind of like toning exercises by using body weight, but some of them involve fast movement that seems like cardio. I was wondering if anyone knew what to mark these down as in the exercise journal.

Also, if anyone else has done them and had success doing them, I'd love to hear it!
