Yummy Lunches

Recipe -

Half an avacado Pear , peeled and squared
2 Cubes goats cheese
half a cup of spinach
splash of olive oil


Just simply put the avacado pear and goat's cheese in a bowl, wilt the spinach in a pan with olive oil and add it in.
The saltyness of the cheese will go great with the earthyness of the spinach and blandness of the avacado.
