I have been trying more/different grains and am looking for ideas to use with millet, buckwheat, barley etc.....right now i mix them with some veggies. (no tomatoe recipes please)

Most grains can be incorporated into any soup recipe, barley (beef is well known), farro, millet, buckwheat work well in fowl or veggie based soups. Can be used as "noodles" in most any recipe. Most larger grains work well as a salad ingredient. Grains can be ground and added to any recipe as part of the flour. Smaller sized grains are often substitutes for rice or added in conjunction with rice to add texture appeal.0
