I'm sorry, I know this should be more simple than I'm making it. I've been reading all the explanations about how to figure out my calories but I'm still confused.
I just read IPOARM(2) and here are the calculations I got.
TDEE (fitnessfrog) 2613
BMR (Fat3fitradio) 2619
Is it right that those two are the basically the same number? If so, then for weight loss, I should try eating 20% lower than those numbers? So roughly 2100 calories/daily?

No your BMR is the calories your body needs in a coma to survive. Your TDEE is the calories your body needs per day with your moving around and working. They should be at least a few hundred different with the TDEE being higher.0

I double checked my numbers? According to IPOARM and using the fit2fat radio, the writer of that post says to put your GOAL weight as your current weight. So when I do that, I get the same as my TDEE.
Either way, it's the TDEE - 20% that I should be using right?0
