Treadmill advice...NordicTrack or Smooth

I'm looking at both Nordictrack and Smooth treadmills (I've ruled out the others because of price, features, etc.).

For those of you who own a Nordictrack Treadmill, how do you like it...does it seem sturdy.....quiet...cushioned....does the iFIT work well (I've read it has some kinks)...are the iFIT workouts real time streaming like an HD video OR are they very pixelated without a smooth transition from frame to frame? any issues I should consider?

for those of you who own a Smooth Treadmill, how do you like it...does it seem sturdy...quiet...cushioned....what are your thoughts about mySmooth? any issues I should consider?

I own a Spirit and LOVE it. It is better than the NOrdictrack, imo. I had a Nordic track for 2 weeks and teh display went bust TWICE! They had to send me another one. After paying almost $2k for a piece of equipment, I do not think it should be dying within the first month of purchase. Didnt give me hope for the long run, though the CS was great and very responsive.

    Look at Spirit, good machine!

I have a Sole F83 that I bought as "a year-end leftover". I had a Sole F80 that drowned, along with my Sole E35 Elliptical during hurricane Irene (OUCH - That hurt!!!). I actually ordered the F80 again, but I guess they ran out of them, so they upgraded me at their cost.

I really like the Sole products, they're quiet, powerful & built like tanks...and if they're still selling last-years model, you can get them fairly inexpensively.

One complaint - the included heart rate monitors on the Soles seem to be spotty, they have been at-least with us. This isn't a problem for me, I use a Zephyr Bluetooth attached to my phone, which I've been quite happy with.

That said, before I bought my new Sole, I was seriously looking at the Smooth units - they seem very nice, I don't think you'll go wrong with them.
