Going to freeze my buns off at the Bronco/Raven game tomorrow and dont want to blow it by eating badly. What can I eat there that is healthy or do I eat like crap since I am at a game? Every thing there is fatty or full of sugar.

That's so cool!! Go Broncos!!! Sorry, I just can't cheer for the Ravens. Hmmm. you can always try to bring your own snacks. I would certainly try to not have any beers, cut down or at least try the light stuff. You can have some drinks and other food there. I mean ONE not so great day will not set you back the same way one good one won't put you at your goal. If you do go over, just be extra lean the next day and kill it at the gym. You're supposed to have fun, so you can allow yourself one day! Have a blast!!0

I am from Denver so I am a HUGE Bronco fan.0 -
I have been thinking about this all day. I think Move257 has a very good point; not so great day is not going to destroy us nor will a great day get us to goal immediately. All things in moderation. I worked out hard this AM and I will be there again in the morning at 7AM. As long as I keep on track and not slide downhill after my free fun day at the game I think I will be okay. More than the food, I am worried about the Bud Lights...I love em & sometimes shamefully, I can take those down like a frat boy. Again, Everything in moderation. We are going to be fine Juju. GO BRONCOS!!!!!0

The good thing for you is the food there really isn't very good, so you're not missing anything. They do let you bring your own food in if it's in Ziploc bags. If you haven't already, check out http://www.baltimoreravens.com/gameday/fan-guide.html0

I usually take snacks to all the sporting events around town where I live if they allow it but the Georgia Dome doesn't allow outside food or drinks (boo!) so I usually eat before I go to a Falcons game. I'm all for letting loose and having a slice of pizza or nachos during a game if I feel like it though.
Have fun and hope Peyton and the boys beat the snot out of the Ravens!
(Go Falcons too! No more one and done playoff appearances)0
