Hello! Need motivation.

Hi.
I am looking for anyone who can give advice and motivation. I love to read success stories, I find it helps me.
I have been a member for a few months and lost a load of weight just before Christmas. I had a great exercise routine and menu planning that worked for me. But due to one thing and another, I put most of it back on. I am struggling to find that one thing that inspired me before. If anyone would like to add me as a friend, I could use some hints and tips. Thank you

    It's hard getting your groove back. But making a small change at a time seems to help me. If I get overwhelmed with EVERYTHING: calories, fat, drinking my water, exercising... I just don't do it. Tweak it daily or weekly. Maybe that will help :)
