Impatience is probably the biggest issue in weight loss. The question to yourself of, "I have been dieting and exercising hard for a long time, why won't this fat just go away." It is just to frustrating.

I have found that once I passed 35yrs old that weight seemed to stick to me very easily and seems harder to shift..I'm only 5ft tall so can't get away with carrying any extra..but like you I'm finding it very slow going !!!0

Patience and persistance. Just remember that the closer you get to your goal the slower things sometimes go. But just look how far you've come. No turning back now. Keep up the great work!!0

Thanks for the encouragement. I can definitely see the difference and things are moving along well, but sometimes you just want to reach the goal. I have not lost any weight for the past 2 months, but my body fat has dropped by almost 10%. I know I things are going just the way I want, but just not fast enough.
It is not the destination that teaches us but the experiences along the way.0
