Wanted to share my progress so far... Started on July 10th 2012 at 241 lbs. Today 179 lbs. I am 5' 5". Forty more to go!

OMG we're twins, I started May 14th @ 245, down 60, @ 185 last weigh in day. 45 more to go, ultimate goal 140 also 5'5" tall.
