Does anyone have any good Indian or Chinese slow cooker recipes you've tried? That actually taste authentic. I'm looking online and having a hard time finding them. Maybe they don't work well in a crockpot?

I would love to know too. I feel like a curry dish that is pretty saucy might work, but you might have to add some of the veggies at the end (green beans and peas, for example() or they would turn to mush.0

Any lentil dish in the slow cooker is amazing, they come out very tender. Cook on low for 6-8 hours with water and necessary spices. Helpful hint is not to add the salt until the end. Not sure what the reasoning is, but in my experience it comes out better that way.0

I own this book and it is excellent. The lentil dishes in particular are fabulous.0
