oohhh my. Today is a cheat day and OH is it! I am probably going to be eating around 4000 calories!!!!!!!! AHHHH i did good all week though. NEVER going over the 1200. But Today will not be the same story. lol man o man. But Im still going to log everything i eat in...which makes me want to take my diary off of public for the day :blushing: but I wont. but yah for lunch Im ordering a buff chicken wrap and the restuarant does not have any nutrition info so I just looked up things and I just added the most amount od servings.
what a day. I also finally weighed myself today after 2 weeks of skippin it and nothings changed. still weigh the same. Im getting back on the hourse tomorrow!

You may find that after a cheat day, your body may be shocked into losing another pound or two. Just remember to drinks LOTS of water as cheating often means high sodium foods. Have a great time!!!0

4000 calories is not needed even for a cheat day. I would change my plan to try to cut a lot of that out.0
