Hi everyone. I feel silly asking this, but what is heavy lifting??

Its relative but generally anything that would cause you to fail by 10 reps unless you are aiming for endurance training, then its a time frame.0

It's what's heavy to you. Typically a weight that you can lift 6-8 times for I would say 3 sets0
