New mom who has always been overweight

I am fairly new to this site. I have a 7 month old boy and want to lose the baby weight. I've also been overweight for as long as i can remember, so not only do I want to lose the baby weight, I want to lose a bit extra too. It's time for a change. I used to be active (wrestling, basketball, cross country running, etc.), but since getting married and having a baby I keep using the "time" excuse. I want to get back on track (now I'm sounding like an Activia commercial =P). Any suggestions/ encouragement from other moms would be greatly appreciated. Also feel free to add me =)
