measuring body fat

I am looking for an accurate way to measure body fat percentage. Anyone know of a good product to use such as a caliper.

    I hear those are only good if your trained to use it right. I just have the bathroom scale. I don't think that it is to accurate but I am watching it go down and until I get much thinner I will not worry about what it is at.
