    Thanks to everyone that replied.
    All advice I have read, my weight goal is maybe to have lost it by summer or october, I'm not really fussed about it to be honest. And I know it won't drop off by the snap of my fingers and I accept that. For me, 1,200 fits perfectly as I'm rarely hungry BUT I do need to get it around the 1,200 mark I don't faint or become really ill. I don't need that especially as I'm studying at university! But yeah!
