    I'm actually reconsidering. The 'quick fix' part is what bothers me the most. Because I don't want to be so ravished at the end, that I gain additional weight.

    Thank you SamiRose, I agree about the healthy part; I'm not a super thin girl, (quite muscular; in fact I'm a Marine vet so I've spent lot's of time working out).

    I just wanted to read some objective views or people who are health conscious. I've read and heard lot's of good and bad about this diet.
