Bar Exam, Schmar Exam...

Hi there! I'm starting over with MFP after I lost my way during my last semester of law school. My schedule is still jam packed, but it's mostly under my own control now (when to study, eat, sleep, etc), and I felt really motivated to take control of my weight and my health!

I'm also turning 29 soon, and I'd like to hit 30 years old feeling younger than I do right now. The older I get the harder it will be to lose weight, so here I am!

I am around 250 lb, female, and looking to settle in at around 160-170. I hope to encourage my wife to take care of herself too, because we both struggle with the same pitfalls!

Recently I bought a ballet workout DVD, some roller skates, and a Fitbit. I'm SO excited to do this!! I hope to find some friends here who have helpful tips/tricks about lower cal swaps, filling food that tastes good, recipes, and ideas to stay motivated to work out (I hate working out usually!). I am pretty chatty online so I like to comment and encourage others as well as update my own posts.
