How often should I lift?

Hey there, I've been wondering what is sufficient enough for me to lift. I mainly do cardio and some strength videos at home but I lack weight equipment.

I've thought about going back into the gym but I want to save money, how many days a week should I lift? so that I can decide on maybe a pay as you go membership.

    it really depends on what you want to do

    If you are doing splits 4-5 days a week
    if you are doing full body 3 days a week
