So recently I've found that I've dreaded getting on the scale more and more. I'm only 25 but my metabolism definitely isn't as fast as it used to be. I'm not much of an exerciser, so my main goal on this site is to make better choices on the food I eat. I would like for a few people to add me so that we can be supportive for each other. :smile:

    You can add me and we can support each other. I am trying to lose 50 punds and have only lost 5 since I started using this application last week. I need to start exercising SOOOOOOOOOON.
    I just added the application Delmondo to track my walks.
