new and need motivation!

hi everyone! i just started MFP about a week ago. "tomorrow" came and went one too many times, and i finally decided to put my health and happiness before my excuses. im looking to lose around 20 pounds and could really use some motivation and tips to keep me on track. i am also a recent college graduate trying to adjust to the 9-5 life as well.

    sounds like a plan I set short term goals and every time I reached it I set another and another until I finally got to my goal weight, if I can do it at my age you can do it at yours it is better to do it when young any ways.. Best Wishes.
