Moderate Alcohol Consumption and Fitness.

I don't drink alcohol very often. Say maybe a glass of wine 2-3 times a month. Maybe 2 beers a month. Does any consumption of alcohol at all effect muscle growth etc? Probably not would be my opinion. But I know many of you have a lot more knowledge than I.

    Alcohol can negatively affect processing of nutrients and blood sugar levels the following day. But not from one glass of wine or two beers AFAIK.

    I think it depends on the person to be honest. I know a guy that drink regularly on the weekend but has an amazing body and abs to die for. He has a very clean diet and is hardcore at the gym though. I drink a couple times a month and I don't think it effects my progress to be honest.
