Must succeed, don't want to fail!

I want this to be the year I turned my life around! Ideally want to lose 25lbs.. But more than that I want a fit and healthy lifestyle plan that lasts.. I want to look at me and be proud of what I achieved!
I've cut out the junk, started running again and am on the 1200 cal a day, so just need the motivation to stick to it! So feel free to add me, to help, motivate or discuss all the joys of changing!

    Sounds like you have the right attitude. Stick with it, and you'll meet your goals in no time.

    Failure is not an option! Do your best and set goals. If you have a set back here ot there, just refocus and stay on track. Keep that in mind and you will succeed. Also, be careful about going that low on calories. Might ask a doctor or nutritionist on that one. You go too low and you can create other problems like bone density loss.
