Chocolate...I need support! Ugh

Soooo I'm already almost to my limit of fats a carbs.... Then I grab a sees chocolate. I end up eating five!!! How bad is that??? I feel so sick and upset. Does anyone else do this??? I used to have 29 percent body fat and I'm so scared of gaining it back. Need support!

  • You cant deprive yourself of something you enjoy eating. I love chocolate as well. I try to eat it less often and limit what I eat at a time. Don't be hard on yourself because you ate something you thought you didn't need. If you want chocolate, eat it in moderation, but don't feel bad about eating it afterwards. Just say "oh well" and try to do better the next time. Deprivation is not the answer, limitation is the best.

  • Thank you guys!!! I do tend to deprive myself of sweets since I used to eat sooo many on a daily basis. I did this last week too with chocolate muffins. I need to work on getting better at that. I see so many "fit" people who eat nothing but clean !

    You know Dark Chocolate has more antioxidants the Green Tea & Blueberries. Lowers your stress level, Reduces insulin resistance, and is an appetite suppressant. Just saying you might be eating the wrong kind of chocolate. 60%+ is your new friend.
