Returning to MFP to Train for 13.1

Hey everyone. I was here a while back (like over a year ago). At that time, I was into losing weight. I lost about 60 pounds and went from someone who could barely walk a mile to running a 5k (thanks c25k!).

Now, I am back because I am training for a half marathon in April (fingers crossed) and I need help with encouragement and nutrition mostly. I seem to hit a wall around the 5-7 mile distance (this is the second time I have started to train for this distance). From what I have read, this is most likely a mental block.

In any event, please friend me if we have similar goals/problems.

    I am not training but I'm really happy to hear your success in losing 60lbs that is AMAZING!!! Good luck training!
