Have 80 calories in each. However, I also drink the juice mixed in, but my question arises if the juice is or isn't included in the caloric intake. Being that I am on a 1200 calorie diet at the moment, doubling that 80 calories would definitely put me over my mark. Plus, I have 2-3 of these each day as snacks.
Any thoughts if it is/isnt included in the calories?
