I have been doing the 30 day shred and am looking for some other workouts, now am going to be honest I have never been a person to like to excise, but find that I actually do enjoy it and am doing it mostly every day. I had been wanting to walk but at the moment it is blowing snow out there and am not really wanting to go and catch my death it has gotten as low as -12F so walking is oiut of the question. I have seen the DVDs at walmart about walking at home and they seem interesting does anyone have any experience with them. I am really wanting to do some so if you have any advice please let me know Thanks in advance

I haven't seen them, but however you move, you are burning more calories!!
My wife started using the wii fit, and you literally step on and off of the little platform over and over for some of the games, and over time it all adds up!!
You'd be amazed how much more you're using stabilizer muscles etc. even just STANDING as opposed to slumping on the couch!0 -
thanks for the reply I actually found one on youtube and tried it this morning and I really enjoyed it believe it or not and the best thing is that I didn't have to go outside and freeze to death, it's below freezing at then moment but the workout got my blood pumping and am set for today. thanks am learning and looking into anything that will help me get into shape with out having to go out into the cold in the spring I might be more up to going out .0
